Good morning, Pittsburgh!

This is the weekend Phipps drops you down the rabbit hole into a five-month wonderland flower show, the Pirates open a homestand against the Phillies, and the neighbor's air conditioner just kicked on.

Spring is finally doing the thing. Tchaikovsky's Sixth runs three nights at Heinz Hall, Millvale turns 30 stages into one giant block party, Braddock takes over the Frick, and somehow you still have to choose what to skip!

  • Braddock takes over the Frick Pittsburgh for an inaugural neighborhood showcase Friday evening.

  • The "other" Shadyside art festival fills Walnut Street Saturday morning.

  • A spaghetti dinner that benefits Pittsburgh's homeless cats Sunday afternoon.

  • A Sunday kayak tour with the National Aviary on North Park Lake.

  • And much more!

Let's get to it.
